I am a professional Christmas movie critic and Krampus unleashed is literally the greatest film of all time. When I first saw Krampus' eyes, I knew that our souls were meant to become one.
I fantasize about Krampus coming to slice my head off, I hope that he will hear my prayers. This is one of the saddest attempts at cinema this world has ever had the misfortune of witnessing.
I have been a part of "bad movie" nights with friends, and I would be embarrassed to bring this to the table. I hope that no one else has to take 2 hrs of their precious lives and flush them directly down the pooper with this dumpster fire.
May God have mercy on us pitiful few that have. Doesn't follow any kind of actual lore about Krampus, so this just as easily could have been some other monster.
If you want a flick with a high body count I guess this might do it for you, but you really don't feel bad for most of them and the only satisfying death is at the very end, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense but I imagine was meant to be a last-minute 'gotcha' moment.
Overall, would not recommend unless, like me, you are on a mission to watch all the bad Krampus movies on Amazon Prime this December. Not what I was expecting, even though I didn't know what I was expecting It was kind of hokey and I compare it to Sharknado, but better if that means anything.
